Our Story
Arbor Genie was born from a simple observation: small medical practices are drowning in administrative work while trying to provide excellent patient care.
We know because we've lived it. Arbor Genie is founded by the team behind Arbor Eyecare, a comprehensive eye care practice serving the Snoqualmie Valley and Sammamish communities in Washington State. For years, we've provided full-spectrum vision, medical, and surgical eye care—from routine exams to cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment.
That hands-on experience informs everything we build. We understand the daily realities of running a practice: the constant faxes, the prior authorizations, the paperwork that pulls staff away from patients.
Our Philosophy
We believe what Avedis Donabedian taught us: that healthcare is an activity at the core of which is love. The people of independent practices are the lifeblood of their success. They deserve tools designed with care for them—not cold automation, but thoughtful systems.
